Right now, it’s more important than ever to advocate for cervical health awareness. The Pap test – a life-saving test that can detect cervical cancer in the early stages as well as identify other illnesses that can be silent killers to individuals with a cervix – is at risk of being taken away. The Pap test is recommended by doctors starting at age 21 but a potential guideline change is threatening to push the age recommendation up to age 25… that’s a no from me!
